Deposit Policy: 1 nights lodging is due at time of booking and final payment is due on arrival.
Summer Booking Policies: Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person nightly rate is $25. Rates do not include 10.5% sales tax. Minimum night stay may apply. Group rates are available. Rates are subject to changes. Children 12 and under stay free. Complimentary Continental Breakfast.

Condo Cancellations Policy: If notice is given 10 or more days prior to arrival, $20 per bedroom will be charged. If notice is given less than 10 days prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited. During festivals, if notice is given 45 days prior to arrival, $40 per bedroom will be charged. If notice is given less that 45 days prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: If notice is given 48 hours or more prior to arrival, $20 per room will be charged. If notice is given less than 48 hours prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited.
