Two night minimum stay
All linens and towels are provided. Each home is supplied with enough towels for maximum occupancy of the home.
PET POLICY
Many of homes allow pets. Look for the pet symbol next to the properties that permit them. Limit two pets per rental property. A non refundable pet fee for each pet is required.

RESERVATION CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We now offer the Lodging Protection Plan, an optional insurance coverage which protects you against monetary loss in the event of an unforeseen circumstance resulting in cancelation of your reservation. Without this optional insurance, cancelations must be recieved in writing. Money will not be returned unless the property is re-rented for the exact time period and same rate. A $75 cancellation fee will be assessed. $50 fee will be accessed to any changed reservation after it has been confirmed. If a change includes moving to a different property, it falls under our cancelation policy.
Prior to 30 days of arrival date, any changes to a reservation will be assessed a $75 administration fee.

CHECK-IN
Check-in 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at our rental office. Late arrivals must have their balance paid in full. If you arrive after 5:00 PM, your check-in packet with your keys and map can be picked up at Arrowhead Market located 4 miles south of the Resort Rental office on Route 219. If necessary, please visit our office the following morning for any additional paperwork.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave unit in an orderly condition. Follow departure instructions outlined for you in your renter's guide. Turn all keys in at our office. If office is closed, please place keys in drop box.
