Reservations are held 14 days pending receipt of required deposit of one-half the entire stay (minimum deposit of one day's stay). Confirmation will be emailed or mailed upon receipt of your deposit.

| Cancelation Policies |

$10 cancellation fee
Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, you must do so ten(10) days in advance of your intended arrival in order to receive a full refund. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 10 days of arrival. A 30 day cancellation period is required for reservations from December 21 - January 2. Early departures and late arrivals will be charged for the entire confirmed stay.
