The Lorelei Lodge is an intimate mountain cabin at 10,000 ft. overlooking the Village of Taos Ski Valley.
The Lodge is situated on the south facing slopes, affording all day sun and spectacular views of Kachina Peak, Werner and Longhorn Chutes, Al's Run top to bottom, and the infamous front side steeps.
On the main floor are two queen bedrooms and separate bath, along with the kitchen/dining/living area. The Lodge will sleep up to ten persons in it's four bedrooms and sleeping loft.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, with one queen and a pair of twin beds, which adjoin a loft/living area with a fold down full sofa bed and separate bath.
Amenities include:
fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher
satellite tv/vcr, cd/stereo
laundry on the premises
wood stove/fireplace
open deck with 4 person outdoor hot tub overlooking the valley.
The lodge owner Peter Donahue, who lives in separate quarters on the premises, is available to host your skiing holiday. Peter has 30 seasons of teaching and coaching experience at Taos, Mt. Hood OR, and in New Zealand. He is one of the most frequently requested instructors at Taos, and he will assist you in making appropriate arrangements, both on and off the hill!
