The Goldminer's Daughter Lodge is a rustic, unassuming lodge situated in the world class Alta Ski Area.
The friendliness and comfort of the Lodge, combined with the unique dining experience, have created traditions for generations of families, and has been the birthplace of many friendships.
The Lodge's ideal location at the base of Alta's main lifts and ticket office offer the best ski-in, ski-out access on the mountain.
Enjoy the friendly and informal atmosphere of the full-service lodge. You will be just steps from the base of Wildcat and Collins lifts - ski right to our out-door sundeck.
Our full breakfast and a la carte dinner are included in the room rate, which means you don't have to look around for restaurants for dinner, or worry about where to eat breakfast.
The Top of the Lodge Restaurant, with its large atrium and windows, just may be one of the priettiest places you have eaten -with the stunnning views of the mountains.
Lodge guests enjoy our saunas, hot tubs, game room and exercise room. Modified American Plan meals (breakfast and dinner included) add the extra comfort of 'top of the Lodge' dining. All rooms have private bath, TV and telephone, except dorms which have no TV.
