Stay with us for the ski or summer experience of you lifetime! Canyon Services offers some of the most exclusive and beautiful properties available in the Little Cottonwood Canyon area. Both Alta and Snowbird are within a mile of all of these lovely accommodations.
Canyon Services provides you with convenience and comfort when you want to ski or board in Utah's endless powder.
You will find easy access to lifts some properties are actually ski-in/ski-out and we offer a free shuttle to Alta for most of the ski season. You have lots of choices within our wide variety of properties. We can help you find just the right lodging to suit your needs and group size.
All of our accommodations come with linens and fully appointed kitchens. Some have private hot tubs.
Just a short trip from your lodging in Little Cottonwood Canyon, you will find many other world-class resorts, including: Sundance, Solitude, Brighton, Park City and Deer Valley. These are all about an hour away from Canyon Services vacation rentals. There are many national monuments and parks within a day's drive from these accommodations.

The Meadows
These are a group of private homes located mid-way between Alta and Snowbird. You will enjoy private elegance with magnificent fireplaces, beautiful decor, private hot tubs, and satellite TV, as well as a washer/dryer and two-car garage ? all along with majestic views. We provide a free shuttle to Alta about two minutes away.
The Highland Home at The Village at Sugarplum
Your large group will be totally at home in this seven bedroom, seven bathroom, tri-level home. There are two fireplaces for relaxing at the end of the day, a fabulous modern kitchen, a large outdoor hot tub with wonderful views of the surrounding mountain peaks, and several dining and living areas, satellite TV, washer/dryer and access to two garages. The Highland Home is ski-in/ski-out to Snowbird and our free shuttle will get you to Alta within a couple of minutes.
The Village at Sugarplum
The Village at Sugarplum is a mountain cottage style condominium complex with single and duplex type units. These range from two bedrooms with an open sleeping loft up to three bedrooms with an open sleeping loft. Each unit has unique charm and is individually decorated. All are equipped with full kitchens and linens, washer and dryer, and have a cozy fireplace. Some have private hot tubs and each one has access to a one-car garage. Satellite TV is standard and some are wired for DSL Internet service. The Village at Sugarplum is ski-in/ski-out to Snowbird via Intermediate trails and our free shuttle can have you at Alta in a couple of minutes.
The View
Floor to ceiling windows give every unit at the View magnificent views of Little Cottonwood Canyon! Units in the view range from one bedroom to the penthouse suite with five bedrooms plus a loft. Each one has a fireplace, full kitchen, linens, satellite TV, washer/dryer and access to the common area hot tub. The View is ski-in/ski-out to Snowbird and short free shuttle ride to Alta.
The Sugarplum Townhouses
These unique town home style condos feature spacious elegance in a modern setting. The fully appointed kitchens are contemporary and spacious. Each condo has a large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, linens, plenty of sleeping space with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and an attached one-car garage. They offer secluded, outdoor redwood hot tubs on decks surrounded by mountain views. There is access to an intermediate ski trail across the road that leads to Snowbird ? and our free shuttle is available to Alta.
Superior Point
These are incredible and spacious condos with wonderful views of Snowbird. All privately owned and decorated, you will find these to be a wonderful home away from home. Each has a completely appointed kitchen, cozy fireplace and living areas for relaxing at the end of a day, linens, hot tub, washer and dryer, satellite TV and garage. Access to Snowbird is by way of an intermediate ski trail across the road and our free shuttle is available to Alta.
Powder Ridge
The condos at Powder Ridge offer simple luxury in three bedroom to three bedroom plus loft units. You will find beautiful kitchens, wonderful views, satellite TV, private hot tubs, washer and dryer and attached garages in these beautiful properties. Powder Ridge is ski-in/ski-out to Alta and snowbird is just minutes down the canyon by bus or private car.

Four Night Minimum for all Booking Periods
Any reservation less than seven nights pays $120 fee.

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS
Three Nights paid at time of booking or 25% of the total (whichever is more). Final payment is due 90 Days prior to arrival.
Cancellations on Holiday Bookings:
More than 120 days ahead, $500 cancellation fee. 120 to 91 days prior to arrival, forfeit deposit. 90 days or fewer forfeit full payment.
REGULAR, EARLY/LATE & SUMMER BOOKINGS:
Two nights (or 20% of total lodging) required at time of booking. Final Payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations on Regular, Early/Late & Summer Bookings:
More than 90 days ahead, $200 cancellation fee. 89 to 61 days prior to arrival, forfeit deposit. 600 days or fewer forfeit full payment.
SUMMER Monthly Rentals
(Summer only) Requires $1200 security and utility deposit at the time of booking. This will be refunded, except for $150 for cleaning and any outstanding utilities and damage, after departure. Guests will be asked to pay montly utilties as they are billed.
