This townhouse is overlooking the slopes of Holiday Valley Ski Resort with 2 levels plus a finished basement. The lower level has a bedroom, full bath, small kitchen area, living room with sofa bed and dining area. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace. A reservation fee of 5 percent of the gross rent will be collected at check-in. Check in/out takes place at our main office located at 12 Washington Street in the Village of Ellicottville. Check in time is after 3:30pm, Check out time is before 10:30am. Please call our office at 716-699-4800 for instructions for check-ins after normal business hours.
