...Well, the rumour is TRUE! Just like a grain of sand takes years to change into a pearl inside the oyster, Mont Shefford has grown under the shadow of larger ski resorts for more than 50 years before breaking through the light!
Mont Shefford is located in Quebec, only 10 minutes away from Granby and 50 minutes from Montreal.
You'll find a wide array of lodging, from luxurious hotels to quaint country inns, all within minutes of the mountain. Nightlife lovers can dance the night away in one of the many clubs and bars in nearby Granby, while your better half can enjoy a fantastic shopping experience... The area offers many other fun activities like snowmobiling, snowshoeing and X-C skiing.
Today Mont Shefford boasts 28 trails and glades for all levels of skiers. The resort offers groomed trails for beginners and intermediates, while experts trails are left covered in deep powder. 5 new trails were added this year alone! Look for La Réplique, a giant staircase that winds through the trees before dropping into 2 bowls one after the other.
